A place I never wanted to leave

A place I never wanted to leave is Milledgeville, where I was born and raised. I really wanted to move to Atlanta because it was better opportunities up here. Milledgeville didn't really have good opportunities. The one day February 12, I was outside waiting at this party with my brother and then somebody's tried to jump me, almost got shoot. My mom and auntie did not like that so, they moved me to Atlanta. I really didn't want to leave my friends and family. I like being in Atlanta its really big but still the same as Milledgeville. Today in class, we had to make a one pager about this short story "Ambush" By Tim O'Brien. When making this one pager it make me think about me going to the military because it shows me how serious the war is. The war is life or death.
